Ku-ring-gai Netball Association has generously donated 70 netball uniforms for use in the Solomon Islands.

This gift will be delivered this week by Jonathan O’Dea, Member for Davidson, during a short visit by a NSW parliamentary delegation. The NSW Parliament has a twinning arrangement whereby it assists The Solomon Islands with parliamentary processes and other matters.

“KNA’s longstanding patron Brenda Williams is a saint for facilitating the donation on behalf of the Ku-ring-gai Netball Association,” said Mr O’Dea.

The Association celebrated its 50th anniversary last year and is the largest female sporting organisation on the North Shore.
