Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea, has called for an urgent independent audit of the number of new dwellings proposed for the Ku-ring-gai Council area pursuant to the NSW Metropolitan Strategy.  This follows the Sartor driven push for even more local areas to be zoned for higher density housing, as part of the Ku-ring-gai Town Centre plans.

The Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea, has praised the Forestville Montessori School for its latest move towards becoming a sustainable community, and to be carbon positive before 2010.

Members for Davidson and Pittwater, Jonathan O’Dea and Rob Stokes, have enthusiastically welcomed the official start of new Rural Fire Service facilities for the Warringah-Pittwater Headquarters Brigade, based at Terrey Hills.

Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea, has commended Ku-ring-gai Council on its initiative in trialing an innovative project to remove graffiti from both public and private property in local business centres. 

“The State Government’s lack of action – and apparent lack of interest – on important public transport issues, provides little joy for local public transport users,” according to Davidson MP, Jonathan O’Dea.
