Current Member for Davidson, Jonathan O’Dea, has welcomed his endorsement as the Liberal Party candidate for the seat of Davidson at the March state election.

“Once again, I am honoured to have the opportunity to serve the people of the Davidson electorate,” Mr O’Dea said.

“The NSW Liberals and Nationals have achieved great outcomes since being returned to power in 2011, especially in the last four years,” he said.

The new Northern Beaches Hospital and associated roadworks are perhaps the most eye-catching local projects, with around one billion dollars invested in the major infrastructure.

Planning is well underway for the new Beaches Link Tunnel. Other major road projects include NorthConnex, Warringah Road and the Boundary Street/Pacific Highway intersection.

The new Lindfield Learning Village, with its alternate education model, will welcome its first school students in Term 1 next year. Major capital works projects are also underway at Killara High, St Ives High and St Ives North Public School.

“I am delighted to receive the Liberal Party’s endorsement for the seat of Davidson and I will continue to work hard for the support of the broader Davidson electorate at the polls in March next year,” Mr O’Dea said.

Mr O’Dea was first elected as Member for Davidson in 2007 and currently also serves in the NSW Government as Parliamentary Secretary to the Premier and the Treasurer.
